What are some ways to sense ebay jewelry scams?
I’ve saved up to buy my girlfriend something nice and I’m sorta spending all the money I have on a necklace and I’m just curious. Is there a way to fell safe that I’m actually going to get what I pay for? Like what should I look for in the auction? The person has good feedback and things but the one I found just seems too good to be true. Help please = ]
Definitely check their feedback scores.
Only bid on items that the seller has over a 98% satisfaction rate from buyers. Also, read the feedback comments.
Often, Ebay sellers will sell a lot of things in the same category (for example: jewelry). If people left comments like “Beautiful item, just as described, thanks!”, then you have a really good chance of things being just as you want them to be

(p.s., the number of items sold is important too.. it’s the number in parentheses next to the percent! The higher the number, and the higher the percent, the better the seller!!)
